You’ll be spoilt for choice with our selection of wholesome, healthy food. We serve traditional home cooked tasty food, serving light lunches and filling soups, each dish is created from our farm shop fresh produce. Choose from a list of speciality coffees and teas, then satisfy that sweet tooth with a scrumptious Bothy cake or pudding of the day. Our breakfast menu is available till noon. With a choice of seating enjoying the views of the Ochils and the Wallace monument or a cosy seat by our log fire in the winter, we hope you enjoy your visit to our award winning coffee shop. The “baby” in the family business, the
EXPRESS coffee bar was conceived in 2008 to help with the ever increasing queue at the very popular Coffee Bothy.
The quality taste mirrors that of the Bothy but with a slightly differing menu which allows for a quick tasty snack or a more relaxing meal on our comfy sofas! All the ingredients are of the same high standard, sourcing as much fresh food locally when possible.
The EXPRESS offers a varied and well priced take-away option, from soup and sandwiches, toasties to tea – everything on the menu is available for the person on the move.

Situated in Deanston distillery on the banks of the tranquil river Teith at Deanston the
COFFEE BOTHY DEANSTON offers the same great quality food with a slightly different menu choice with some exciting twists. Including Afternoon Tea and Hight Tea. As we are situated within the distillery some of our menu choices incorporate a drop of “our national drink.”
The COFFEE BOTHY DEANSTON is also available for evening hire. With a venue that can accommodate 40 people we can offer many choices from a warm buffet to a sit down “Highland” meal. Contact us on 01786 843013 for more details.
Deanston Distillery is a working distillery that produces ‘Deanston malt’ as well as ‘Scottish Leader’. The distillery was opened in 1966, however the buildings started life as a cotton mill in 1785. Tours of the distillery are available from as little as £8 per person. The tour gives you a real insight in to how whisky comes to life from 3 basic ingredients to the product that we are proud to call our national drink.
Coffee Bothy Buffets
The EXPRESS also offers a quality buffet service. We can cater for any size of meeting or party. We offer a wide range of food which is all prepared on the day that you require the food to keep the taste as fresh as possible. Our sandwiches are made with freshly baked thick-cut bread and the highest quality ingredients. The pakora is a real favourite so make sure that you order a few extra portions!! With a delivery service available this is the perfect way to cater for your meeting or party with no worries or hassle.
